Bethlehem Children’s School offers a multi-age experiential education for the whole child, emphasizing nature, wisdom and wellness. Our vision is to inspire a life-long love of learning while developing a deep connection to self, others and the world. Our wooded four-acre campus in Slingerlands contains a network of trails and outdoor learning spaces. We nurture our student's innate creativity and curiosity about the natural world with our early childhood STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) programming. More than 25% of our classroom space is devoted to STEAM education. Our curriculum is experiential and progressive, encouraging collaboration, kindness, and mindfulness. At the end of their time with us, students are ready to take on the challenges of middle school, high school, college, and our world.
Regular school hours are 8:30 am – 3:00 pm. The school day continues to 5:30 p.m. with our aftercare.
