It’s time to celebrate spring in Schoharie with the reopening of the Schoharie Easter Egg Museum and a wealth of other egg-vents throughout the month of April. Come see egg-head presidents from George Washington to George W. Bush, clowns and animals in an egg circus, and even The Last Supper with all the disciples made of eggs. Mildred Vrooman spent more than 50 years of her life painting these eggs and putting them into scenes. There are nursery rhymes and stories like the Wizard of Oz, Cinderella, and the Old Woman Who Lived in a Shoe. There are also carved eggs, jeweled eggs, mosaic egg pictures and so much more. There is nothing like it.
10 am to 5 pm every day except Easter, when it's noon to 5 pm
