Maple Weekend at Wild Hill Maple in Salem, NY

Maple Open House Weekends are a family friendly event here at Wild Hill Maple - March 18&19 and 25&26, 2023. Visit our sugarhouse to learn about how maple syrup is made and to taste pure maple syrup in its many forms. We will be boiling sap for visitors to see how we make our delicious maple syrup. You are invited to take a tour of our maple operations. We will have available for purchase our delicious maple syrup, maple cream, maple sugar, and maple fondant candy along with our Bourbon and Rye barrel-aged maple. Come on up and sample the 3 different grades of syrup to find out which one you like the best. Our Kids Corner will allow children to make their own maple candy. This will be their own personal sample! We will have some new activities this year for the kids and families to enjoy while visiting. Come on up the hill for some sweet fun! With every purchase you will be entered into our weekend drawing.
