Guilderland Music Academy offers exceptional music lessons to students of all ages and levels in a fun and engaging environment. We focus on core principles and incorporate the music you enjoy. Beginning students can expect to start with the fundamentals, learn proper technique, rhythm, and reading music in a variety of genres. Intermediate to advanced students continue to experience progress with increased proficiency in technique in addition to mastering significant repertoire and developing overall musicianship. Our faculty will take care in creating a unique curriculum for each student, utilizing various teaching methods that work best for the individual and focusing on your musical interests. Whether a beginner or an advanced student, our passionate teachers give students of all ages and levels the tools to develop musically and nurture a life-long love of music. After-school and weekend classes are available based on demand. We are happy to accommodate special requests, including group sessions if there is sufficient interest and events such as birthday parties.

I offer music theory and lessons on a variety of instruments. I have daytime and evening slots available for children and adults.

ON CAMERA Film Acting Class for Young People ages 7 to 16. The 4-weekend classes (8 hours total) are GREAT for those NEW to film acting (no experience required) & its a “tune-up” for experienced actors. Everyone gets ON CAMERA personalized coachIng.

This music class is for preschool aged children. In class your child will: Sing, get hands-on exposure to a variety of rhythm instrument, develop listening skills,memorize words & movements, grow confidence to express her/himself through music.
