Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area - Troy

The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area (BGCCA) is a nonprofit organization that serves children and teens throughout Albany and Rensselaer Counties. Our mission is to inspire and enable young people, especially those who need it most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. BGCCA provides a safe, supportive environment where youth can learn, grow, build confidence, and develop important life skills.

The Club offers a variety of programs for children and teens, including Universal Pre-K (UPK), after-school programs, summer camps, and teen-focused activities. Youth have access to academic support, mentoring, leadership development, sports and recreation, arts and music programs, workforce readiness training, and healthy meals. Through these services, BGCCA helps young people achieve academic success, develop strong character, make healthy choices, and prepare for future education and careers.
