World Culture Workshop: Carnaval

Carnaval-themed program at the World Awareness Children's Museum! Join us to learn about this fun celebration! We will read a book about this celebration, observe art from the museum’s collection, and create a Carnaval mask to take home! Cost: $2 per person in addition to admission. Members attend for free! (Appropriate for ages 3-9). The World Awareness Children's Museum has been a NYS Designated Charter Museum since 1995 with a mission to bring our diverse world to children. Its collection is comprised of pieces from 140 countries including 8,000 artifacts (fashion, musical instruments, dolls, toys, and other objects) as well as 7,000+ pieces of international children's art.
