Maple Open House Weekends in the Upper Hudson Valley 2019Take a free tour of area sugarhouses March 23rd, 24th, 30th, and 31st from 10am-4pm each day. Experience first-hand the sights, smells and sounds of maple syrup making. 29 Sugarhouses are participating throughout the six-county region, many serving pancake breakfasts.
