Troy Glow Block Party

Family-friendly block party with food and beverage vendors, live entertainment and arts activities culminating in a walk through Glow installations at 7 pm. Free tours of Glow installations every hour on the hour from 5 pm -7 pm. Meet at corner of Broadway and Franklin St.
