Community Care Physicians

Community Care Physicians (commonly called CCP) is the largest, independent multispecialty medical group in the Capital Region of NY. For over 40 years, we've addressed the individual needs of patients of all ages seeking primary care, specialty care, urgent care and wellness services to improve the overall health of our communities. We are not part of a hospital nor are we an insurance company. We are a collection of passionate and skilled doctors, advanced practice providers and staff all working together to provide premier medical care for patients in our area.
