Albany Knicks Youth Rugby

Youth Rugby is a great sport for kids. It is one of the fastest growing sports nationally and we have a fantastic group of USA Rugby Certified youth coaches with the Albany Knicks. For the Grades 3-6 we play non-contact, touch or flag rugby. It is great exercise and everyone gets the ball, everyone gets to play offense, and they better play defense.
