Albany Figure Skating Club

The Albany Figure Skating Club’s mission is to provide our members classes with quality instruction in basic skating skills with opportunities to grow and develop as advanced skaters, as well as, well-rounded individuals. Our club also provides an enjoyable synchronized skating team experience to members and collaborates with other area skating clubs to offer advanced level team skating experiences.

Based in Albany, New York, The Albany Figure Skating Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization comprised of over 70 skaters from all over the capital region. Our club has a tradition of developing skating skills for athletes of all ages and abilities by offering year-round programs which benefit the entire skating community in the capital district and beyond. Our home rink is located at the Bethlehem Area YMCA, located in Delmar, N.Y. but we also use the Albany County Hockey Training Facility and the Albany Academy Field House.

Our Learn to Skate USA program introduces skaters age 3 through adult the fundamental basic skills and moves of skating through small group lessons were skaters are grouped by appropriate age and skill level.
