Come one, come all, to the Guilderland YMCA! Stop into the Y on January 5th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and see what the Y has to offer! There will be free mini swim evaluations, free mini youth basketball assessments, mini group exercise classes (for the parents), badminton demos, summer camp info, and more!
