"TRAIN TO TRI" TRIATHLON TRAINING CAMP (Grades 3-9 Co-ed)
Swim instruction will be taught by certified swim instructors, bike skills and bike maintenance, improve running technique and conditioning utilizing the crossings trails and dryland exercise in our state of the art fitness room. During the week, campers will “train like triathletes” and learn how to make “quick transitions” as well as understand how to eat a healthy meal before training, or competition. Campers should have a fully functioning bike (no training wheels), running shoes, and be able to swim at least 25 yards. Campers will need to bring lunch, snack, water bottle, bathing suit and towel every day.
