Summer Gymnastics Camp

Northeast Gymnastics, the oldest existing gymnastics school in the capital district will be holding a day camp for girls 5 years or older this summer. The gymnasts will receive instruction on the floor exercise, balance beam., vault, and uneven bars alsong with trampoline, strength and flexibility. Camp will run for 7 one week sessions beginning July 5th and ending Aug. 25t. Registration may be done by the day or week. We offer half day 9am-12pm or full day 9am-4pm. Gymnasts briing a lunch and snacks with them.
Our goal at Northeast Gymnastics is to keep kids healthy active and safe while teaching them gymnastics in a supporting environment.
