State Street Yoga - Downtown Albany
Join friends, neighbors, and family for a FREE, all-levels yoga class on the beautiful lawn at downtown Albany's SUNY Plaza, Saturdays, June 6-August 1 from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM. Whether you're looking for a weekend recharge before enjoying some Downtown shopping and dining, or just taking some time out for yourself, State Street Yoga is here for you! Certified yoga instructors from Synergy Nutrition & Fitness and The Hot Yoga Spot will lead one-hour classes perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis each week. Just remember to bring your own yoga mat, water, and sunscreen!
