New York is the second largest (and growing) producer of maple syrup in the country. Join Riverside Maple Farms and Discover Schenectady as we celebrate maple season with a week of events, food, and maple tree tapping.

March 23 & 24 - It's New York Maple weekends! Head to Riverside Maple Farms for a FREE tour to learn how maple syrup is made from tap to table. While you're there enjoy:
Samples of maple products including syrup, spread, and cotton candy
Learn about the versatility of maple syrup from savory dishes to classic pancakes with recipes from around the state.
Explore the new Maple-Beer Trail, a quarter mile trail linking Wolf Hollow Brewing Company to Riverside Maple Farms through a scenic trail in Schenectady County. Stop by Wolf Hollow Brewing Company for a special maple beer featuring Riverside Maple Farms' own amber syrup!
March 23: 10 am to 6 pm, enjoy food from Mike's Hot Dogs Food Truck
March 24: 10 am to 4 pm, enjoy hot bowls of mac and cheese from area food truck favorite The Mac Factor

March 28: Ever wondering how Riverside Maple Farms makes its famous maple cotton candy? Stop by Riverside Maple Farms from on March 28 at 4 pm for a special cotton candy making demonstration.
