Planeteers: ABC's Everywhere

Planeteers enjoy Parker’s beautiful 77-acre campus and explore the wonders of summer through thoughtfully planned enrichment themes. These themes will change biweekly and include projects and activities that explore the topics in playful and educational ways. Planeteers will have the opportunity to explore our trails, gardens, meadows and preschool classrooms, delight in daily water play and discover new skills and friends! Outdoor play, water play, and quiet rest time are thoughtfully integrated into the full-day routine.
Beginning Basketry:
Dates: July 17 - 21
Ages: Grades 2-5
Price: $275
Let’s create! Join us as we use basic weaving skills to create woven vessels made from natural materials! The Parker School camps will serve as a beautiful backdrop as we spend ample time working outdoors, and take nature walks in the fields and woods to collect grasses and flowers to incorporate into our work. All participants will end the week with 2 beautiful baskets. No prior experience necessary!
Olympics:

Go for the gold at Planet Parker! Join us for a week of amazing sports, games and friendly competition during Parker’s own summer Olympics! Learn how to throw a discus, pass a baton in a relay race, design and compete in your own relay races and more! In addition to the athletic games, you will craft your own medals and tie dye team t-shirts to wear during our fun, spirited, Olympic-sized celebration on Friday.
