Magic Maple Syrup

Environmental educator Lindsay Sprague will show us how to tap maple trees properly, how to store and process sap, and grade maple products. Science of sugar discussed, with chemistry. Best of all, live demonstration with partially boiled sap, kids can watch syrup finish and taste when cool.
