Knickerbocker Harvest Festival

-The Knickerbocker Mansion's Harvest Festival will be held September 26 and 27 from 8:00 to 4:00 PM.
A historical presentation will be at 11:00 AM, 1:00 and 3:00 PM.
The Hudson River Ramble Devil's Chimney Walk will start at 10:00 AM & 1:00 PM. The Devil's Chimney Walk is a 4.2 mile round trip hike through Schaghticoke's historic Vale of Peace (the site of an historic Native American village and first Schaghticoke settlement) then along the HoosickRiver to a Native American shrine named Devil's Chimney. During the hike the guide will point out important historic sites and geographic features, (hiking boots required).
There will be a pancake breakfast ($6.00) from 8:00 to 11:00 AM and a Chicken and Biscuit Dinner ($10.00) from Noon to 4:00 PM. No reservations are needed unless the group is 8 or more.
Mansion and Cemetery tours, Bake Sale, Charlotte's Chop, Snack Bar and Harvest produce will be available throughout the day.
