Camp Scully has 22 acres of land on which are 9 children’s cabins, playing fields, hiking trails, beach area, archery field, challenge course, craft castle and children's cooking area. Campers spend their week with 9 other children in their age group and two adult counselors. Cabins are split by gender and are in separate areas of the camp. For the overnight camp, children arrive on Sunday afternoon and leave on Friday evening.
Capital District YMCA
Our Summer Camp is in full swing from 9am - 4pm, Monday through Friday, with lots of fun things for your child to experience each day. With 11 different locations to choose from, Capital District YMCA camps are the place to be! In addition to a high-quality summer camp experience, we also offer before and after-camp care at no additional charge! Camp is all about trying new things, making new friends, developing confidence, and learning new skills. Most of all, it’s about teaching children the value of caring about themselves and others. Albany JCC Summer Camps
Camp Taf (ages 3-5) offers daily Red Cross Swim lessons, Art, Nature, Dance, Music, Sports, and fun theme weeks. Camp Olam (grades 1-6) provides an action packed camp day near Grafton. The 200 Acre site includes a private lake utilized for boating, fishing, and swimming. Every camper receives Red Cross swim instructions daily. Other activities include sports, ropes adventure course activities, creative arts, nature, dance, trips, overnights, and hiking. Two Israeli Staff via JAFI are a part of our staff compliment. Teen Camp at Warner's Lake (grades 7-10) offers water sports instruction and fun, land sports, kayaking, paddle-boarding, recreational swim, day trips and week long overnight trips. Counselor in Training program (age 15) offered at Camp Olam provides leadership training and skill development for 4 or 8 weeks during the summer. Various Specialty Camp offerings (ages 3-15) at the JCC include Circus, Scuba, Basketball, Soccer, Science, Art, Yoga and so much more during the summer.
