Create a Fairy House

Making fairy houses is a fun way to get outside and use nature's bounty to build something creative and whimsical. And it's not just for kids!

Making fairy houses is a fun way to get outside and use nature's bounty to build something creative and whimsical. And it's not just for kids! Join Robin Ambrosino from Gatherings Wildcrafted Botanicals to explore the surrounding area for building materials. This was one of her favorite activities when her kids were little — in the woods, at the beach, or in the backyard. Once you have the knack, you can build fairy houses anywhere and at any age!
Class will meet at the Saratoga Springs Recreation Center (15 Vanderbilt Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY) and walk to nearby Greenfield Cemetery for a perfect fairy house building location.
Two sessions will be held on April 18th.
Preschool Ages: 1 - 2:30 pm
All Ages: 6-7:30 pm
