Come visit Maple Leaf Sugaring in Ghent during our family-friendly Open House weekends on Saturday March 21st & Sunday March 22nd. Learn how maple syrup is crafted and taste the experience! Take a short walking tour, see how sweet sap is made into high-quality syrup, and enjoy a French crêpe (traditional thin pancake) drizzled with their fresh maple syrup! Sweet and savory organic crêpes will be available from 10 AM - 2 PM, both Saturday 3/21 and Sunday 3/22. All proceeds from the crêperie will go to support Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School.
