Birding Program for Fledgling Birders

This class will help beginners (aged 8 and up) learn the basics of bird identification and behavior, and start to understand the colorful, lively, melodious avian world in their backyards. Please bring binoculars if you have them. RSVP by calling 279-1155

Birds are one of the best ways to connect with nature. Students will learn field techniques for finding, watching, and understanding what the birds are doing. Emphasis will be placed on using both eyes and ears to discern bird life.
