The 2nd Annual Tater Trot

Ready for a spud-loving good time? Downtown Schenectady's newest foodie event is back for its second year... the TATER TROT returns on Saturday, July 13! Each restaurant will create their own signature potato dish for you to sample and vote on your favorites. We don't care if they use russets, reds, or sweet potatoes. Doesn't matter if they are mashed, fried, or scalloped. They can be serves as potato salad, potato latke, or potato soup. As long as the dish centers around TATERS, we are ready to taste them for just $1 per sample! Stay tuned for updates as we get closer to the event to preview participating restaurants, dishes, and locations so you can plot your trot for July 13!
