Fall Youth Learn to Row Program
Ages 12-18, September 7 - November 1, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00- 6:30 pm, $250 for the 8-week session. No experience needed. Begins with on-land instruction to learn the basic rowing stroke technique (sculling and sweep). Moves to on-water rowing in a variety of different boats. All sessions take place at the Albany Rowing Center boathouse at the Corning Preserve Public Boat Launch.

Albany Rowing Center's Fall Youth Learn to Row Program for athletes ages 12-18 will run from September 7 - November 1, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00- 6:30 pm at the Albany Rowing Center Boathouse at the Corning Preserve Public Boat Launch, 187 Water St., Albany. NY. The cost is $250 for the 8-week session. This is an introductory program, no previouse rowing experienceis needed. Swimming ability is required. . The program begins with on-land instruction to learn the basic rowing stroke technique (sculling and sweep) and quickly moves to on-water rowing in a variety of different boats.
