Don’t miss the 2012 July 4th Celebration at Clifton Common, July 4th from 12 to 10 pm! This Independence Day will be full of fun for the entire family with live music, great food and so much more!

The day kicks off with the annual Fourth of July parade at noon. The parade route begins at Shenendehowa campus on Route 146 and finishes at the Clifton Common. Events will be going on all day starting with the opening ceremony at 1pm with Town Supervisor Phil Barrett and other guests!

There will be amusement rides and a craft show from 12 to 8 p.m. as well as a petting zoo and pony rides from 1 to 4 p.m.

The town of Clifton Park's Fire Prevention Bus will also be open from 1 to 5 p.m. for residents young and old to explore and learn more about how to keep their families safe.

Come hungry! There will be great food available, including hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, ice cream, fried dough, German & Southwestern foods, Italian ice, beverages and more.

The 2012 celebration runs from noon through 10 pm, topping the night off at 9:30 with a spectacular fireworks show, of course.
