STEAMwhiz - The STEM Learning Lab

At STEAMwhiz, young innovators dive into hands-on science, coding, robotics, and 3D printing—building grit, joy, and real-world skills. Through tech-infused labs and collaborative challenges, kids develop confidence, curiosity, and creative problem-solving to thrive in a changing world. We also offer year-round STEM lab field trips for K–8 learners—either onsite in Guilderland or brought directly to your school or organization. Each program blends NY state standards with playful discovery and “outside-the-box” thinking.

Albany Ultimate Disc Association

Ultimate Frisbee is the fastest growing sport in the world! Come play with us. Albany Ultimate offers Learn to Play clinics, leagues and competitive teams for youth ages 10-18. We partner with local organizations as well like the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Capital Region to provide after school enrichment activities for youth. Ultimate Frisbee is fun, friendly and helps players develop physically and socially. Ultimate is a team sport and is unique in that it is self officiated, meaning the players on the field work out any differences between themselves and come to an agreed upon solution. This helps our athletes learn conflict resolution and good communication skills. Ultimate also great for developing a child's physical abilities like endurance, agility, and focus.
