Yoga & Mindfulness Craft Series

Join us at The Hot Yoga Spot for a five week series that includes yoga, mindfulness activities, song, games and crafts. Each class in this series will include fun activities for kids and wellness related crafts.
Ages: 6-10 (ages can be flexible, i.e. an “older” 5 year old)
Dates: 11/17, 11/24, 12/1, 12/8, 12/15 Time: 4:00-5:15 pm
This is a great opportunity to improve your physical and mental well-being, especially for those participating in virtual learning this school year! Participating in a series allows for the same students to advance together while applying newly instructed skills each week in class.
Each class will involve doing yoga poses and mindfulness activities and end with a mindfulness based craft activity. These series will be led by Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Certified Kids Yoga & Mindfulness teacher, Miss K.
