Yoga on the Beach - Grafton Lakes State Park

Greet the day with a gentle and enlivening Hatha yoga practice on the beach! Participants must be 16 years old and provide their own mat or towel. Preregister by phone no later than two days before the program.

Program costs $5 per participant. Vehicle gate fee will be refunded if departing directly after class ($8 per car). Please pre-register by calling 518-279-1155 no later than two days before the program.
