Calling all girls in the capital region! Come learn to play Ultimate Frisbee at this free clinic, ages 8 and up.

The Girls’ Ultimate Movement (GUM) is a community-wide outreach program designed to increase girls’ participation in the sport of ultimate frisbee. Come join for this free 2-hour clinic and learn about the great sport of Ultimate Frisbee! The clinic will teach fundamentals, including throwing, catching, cutting, offense, and defense. No experience or equipment is necessary.
