Summer Art Camp: Fiber Crafternoons

Join Michele Ridgeway for a week of fiber exploration that is freeing, colorful, and includes decorative arts, math skills, sculpture, and crafting. Runs 1 to 4 p.m. July 19-23, 2021. For ages 11-15

Join Michele Ridgeway for a week of fiber exploration that is freeing, colorful, and includes decorative arts, math skills, sculpture, and crafting. Learn about pattern making to create your own “softie” and construct your own unique tote bag and pillow. Learn embroidery stitches and create free-style designs from yarn and burlap. Experiment with yarn and all its possibilities, from pom poms to finger knitting, nail and string art, and weaving of all sorts. Learn skills to take home with you!
Art Camps will be held in person in our spacious studio spaces. Students will be required to wear face masks and maintain social distance.
When: July 19-23, 1-4 pm
Ages: 11-15
Cost: Members $115 / Non-Members $130
