Snowshoe Hare Vacation Camp at Flying Deer Nature Center

Together we will celebrate in rounding the corner of winter! We’ll hone our fire-building skills, cook food, craft, share stories, and if we are fortunate enough, we’ll tap some sugar maples to boil our very own maple syrup! With syrup comes pancakes, and so the celebration will go! Campers will be split into two groups: Leverets (ages 4–6) and Hares (ages 7–12). Dress warm, with lots of layers, and bring an extra pair of wool socks and gloves, an extra mask, lunch, snack, and water bottle. If Snowshoe Hare Vacation Camp is cancelled due to COVID-19, all tuition will be refunded.
