“At the Saratoga Independent School we give children the tools they need in an increasingly complex world, while enriching each day of their childhood,” says Felice Karlitz, Director of School. “Our approach to education weaves together the concepts of multiage learning, differentiation and theme-based curriculum into a successful educational experience for the whole child.”
Located in a picturesque Adirondack-style campus, the Saratoga Independent School is a private, not-for-profit elementary school with a mission to empower each student to become a confident learner capable of critical thinking, problem solving and teamwork. The school offers a low student teacher ratio, and instills in students the values of leadership and respect, and the importance of community. “We ask our students to be the best they can be, and hold them to high standards in developing their character and their academics,” says Karlitz.
The Saratoga Independent School is located at 459 Lake Avenue in Saratoga Springs.
