Crossgates Santa Holiday Experience

We are offering two different visit options this year.
Option 1: In-person Visit with Santa Claus
This visit includes a complimentary video. Photos are available for an additional fee.
Visitors will have an opportunity to visit with Santa Claus while he is socially separated and enclosed in his workshop office. The visit will be conducted through his workshop’s glass window, providing a barrier between Santa Claus and his guests. The conversation will be facilitated with a two-way touchless intercom system.
Photos will be taken with Santa Claus completely enclosed in his workshop office and the visitors sitting in front of the window. Since Santa Claus will be isolated and completely enclosed in his workshop office, he will be mask free. Visitors will have the option to remove their masks, only while photos are taken, and then will be required to immediately replace them. All employees will wear their masks at all times and will remain 6 or more feet away from the visitors while they are photographed.
Small children unable to sit safely by themselves will be required to be held by a parent or guardian while the photos are taken. No exceptions.
The visiting area will be sanitized between each visit.
Option 2: Live Virtual Visit with Santa Claus
Families will enjoy a personalized live virtual visit with Santa Claus via Zoom. Participants will have an opportunity to visit with Santa Claus while he is working in his workshop.
Upon completion of your paid reservation, you will receive a confirmation that includes a link unique to you. This will be used to connect with Santa Claus in his workshop.
Each call will last 10 minutes and includes a personalized email letter from Santa Claus
