Princess Holiday Caroling Visits

Bring the magic right to your home with a Holiday Caroling visit from FOUR of your favorite princesses!
Characters from Hill City Ice Queen Princess Parties will be visiting homes in the capital region every weekend in December to sing holiday songs and bring smiles to little faces! Each 15 minute visit includes a special holiday gift and a selection of Christmas and winter carols, performed live in your front yard! After the singing, make sure you get a photo too!
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
How It Works:
1. FIND your Date. We will be visiting different regions on different dates. Just find the region you live in and mark your calendar!
Dec 4--The South and West Capital Region, including Bethlehem, Delmar, Altamont, Guilderland, and towns in between.
Dec 9--The Central Region including Albany, Latham, Loudonville, Colonie
Dec 10--The Northwest Capital Region, including Schenectady, Rotterdam, Scotia and immediate surrounding areas.
Dec 11--North Capital Region, including Clifton Park, Ballston Spa, Mechanicville, and Saratoga.
Dec 16--The Eastern Capital Region, including East Greenbush, Rensselaer, and Troy.

2. BOOK your Visit. Purchase a visit by following the link to our ticketspice page. Don't forget to add additional gifts if you have more than one child in your household! Not in the capital region? Contact us directly by email at hillcityicequeen@gmail.com. If we can, we’ll fit in a visit.
YOU MUST PURCHASE A TICKET ONLY FOR THE REGION YOU LIVE IN. If you purchase a ticket for the wrong date or region, your purchase will be cancelled.

3. SHARE with your Friends and Neighbors! We need at least four families to book a visit on each date, so share with your friends and neighbors! If we don’t have four booking requests in your particular region, we will contact you about adding your visit to another date.

4. CELEBRATE with Princesses! The day before your visit (or earlier if the date sells out) you will receive a text or email with an approximate arrival window. Just wait for the characters to ring your doorbell and let the fun begin!

Details and Safety:
Princesses are selected for each date based on performer availability. We cannot guarantee that any particular character will appear on any particular date. FOUR characters are scheduled for each caroling date at random. Possible characters include:

The princesses will remain outdoors during the entirety of the visit. Children may come outside with the characters or watch from a door or window.
Visits are for private households only. If you wish the characters to visit a party or event, please contact us for details and rates.
If you live in an apartment building or multi-unit home with an interior door, please let us know so we can arrange to meet you outside.

Dates may need to be rescheduled if severe weather occurs.
Additional holiday gifts may be added to the same household for $5.
