Pond Exploration: Dragonflies and Damselflies | Kids Out and About Albany

Pond Exploration: Dragonflies and Damselflies

We will learn about the dragonfly and damselfly life cycles, as well as the pond ecosystem.

Place: Camp Saratoga's Delegan Pond on Scout Road.

What’s the difference between a dragonfly and a damselfly? If you’re not sure, stop by Delegan Pond at Camp Saratoga for our final program in the Pond Exploration Series. We will learn about the dragonfly and damselfly life cycles, as well as the pond ecosystem. After the short lesson we will explore the pond for critters using dip nets. This program is suited for children ages 6+.  (You do not have to attend every Pond Exploration Series to come join the fun!)
