Kids Aerial Yoga (Ages 7-12)

Stretch, breathe, and hang upside down—it's yoga, but way more fun! In this class, kids will explore balance, flexibility, and mindfulness through playful yoga poses, gentle swings, and supported inversions. We'll build strength, coordination, and body awareness—all while having an absolute blast!

Kids Aerial Yoga

No experience needed. Ideal for first-time flyers.
Kids can take this class or our ‘Kids Aerial Yoga 5-week series’ as many times as they’d like, classes will always vary with new advancements.
