We're kicking off our 10th HVYAS Anniversary Season with authors Siobhan Vivian and Ashley Woodfolk for their new novels! WE ARE THE WILDCATS by Vivian unspools over twenty-four hours through six diverse perspectives in which a toxic coach finds himself outplayed by the high school girls on his team. WHEN YOU WERE EVERYTHING by Woodfolk follows one sixteen-year-old girl's friend breakup through two concurrent timelines--ultimately proving that even endings can lead to new beginnings.

A former editor for Alloy Entertainment, she received her MFA in creative writing at the New School. She teaches creative writing at the University of Pittsburgh.

Ashley Woodfolk has loved reading and writing for as long as she can remember. She graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor of arts in English and currently works in children's book publishing.
