The Girls’ Ultimate Movement (GUM) is a community-wide outreach program designed to increase girls’ participation in the sport of ultimate. Come join for this free 2-hour clinic and learn about the great sport of Ultimate Frisbee! The clinic will teach fundamentals, including throwing, catching, cutting, offense, and defense. No experience or equipment is necessary. Participants should bring water and athletic shoes.
