Girl Scout Faire: Medieval Magic | Kids Out and About Albany

Girl Scout Faire: Medieval Magic

Girl Scout Faire is a fun-filled weekend of sisterhood! Join us and for an adventure as we learn about Medieval times from professional re-enactors, learn to shoot bows and arrows, watch a live joust, attend calligraphy workshops, and more! Stay for a day or campout for the weekend, whatever you choose there will be fun for the whole family!

Girl Scout Faire (formerly Jamboree) happens once every three years and is the largest event hosted by Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York.

You don't have to be a Girl Scout to attend Girl Scout Faire: Medieval Magic, where families will learn about life in the middle ages through combat and fencing demonstrations, calligraphy and heraldry workshops, and watch a live joust as knights fight for the Queen's honor. Bounce around in bounce castles and cool off in the Raging Rapids 20-ft water slide. Make your own flower crowns or pool noodle pony in the Artist's Guild or compete in a medieval tournament during Feats of Strength -- whatever you choose, there is fun for everyone!

- Food Court: Vendors and food trucks will be available. (Please bring cash to purchase.)
- Campers and RVs: Hookups for campers and recreational vehicles are available 50 spots
