Free Yoga at Albany's SUNY Plaza

Join friends, neighbors, and family for a free, all-levels yoga class on the beautiful lawn at downtown Albany's SUNY Plaza, Saturdays in June, July and August from 10-11 am.
Whether you're looking for a weekend recharge before enjoying some Downtown shopping and dining, or just taking some time out for yourself, State Street Yoga is here for you! Certified instructors from The Hot Yoga Spot will lead one-hour classes perfect for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis each week. Just remember to bring your own yoga mat and water.
