Free Kite Day for Families Celebrates Parents, Children Friends and Families United, a coalition of parents, businesses, foster care agencies, and concerned families is hosting a day in the park to celebrate families and their children

We urge attendees to fly a kite in support of children and youth in foster care and their
families. The event takes place as part of National May Is Foster Care Month.
The theme of the day is “With your support...the sky's the limit!”

organize, educate, and mobilize in order that we may meet the emotional, physical and social
needs of all of our children and youth, particularly those in our child welfare system so that they
may reach their full potential.
