Evening Dance Intensive

Evening Intensive to keep you going from a full summer of dancing or to get you back in shape after a little bit of time off. Get ready for the fall with these classes to find your dance, and get stronger and leaner with technique and strength training and stretch classes.

This week dancers will have classes in ballet technique, pointe, modern, Pilates, Yoga and NYCB workout. Appropriate for Intermediate and Advanced Levels Monday - Thursday.
