Connecting Children to Nature: Alphabet of the Trees

Calling all young naturalists! Discover the trees and water of Staalesen Preserve in Troy, NY using all five senses.

We'll go on a short hike and get to know the trees up close and personal through sensory activities, and each child will have a chance to record their studies through bark rubbing and poetry. For children ages 6 and up. For more information, contact Annie Jacobs at annie@rensselaerplateau.org.
