who is making a personal appearance at the Manchester Community Library from 3:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M.
The Library will be hosting a Lego Batman Program/Halloween event. This event is free and open to the public. Stop by and meet Batman. Have your photo taken with him and take part in the event.
