Baby & Me Yoga
Looking for help staying present in the day-to-day chaos of life with a young baby? Ready to get back to your yoga practice after birth? Caring for a baby and want to keep up your self-care routine? Baby and me yoga integrates your baby into your yoga practice so you can find balance in your mind and body without having to find someone else to watch the baby. We will work on strengthening your body, relaxing your shoulders, spending time with the new person in your life, and connecting with other people in the same life stage!
Props and blankets are provided. Please bring water and anything else you need to keep you and baby comfortable.
Newborns through crawlers are welcome.
