Our Junior Rowing Summer Camp Program teaches young athletes, ages 12-18, about the sport of rowing in a fun and natural setting. Campers will learn water and boat safety, use of rowing machines, and the techniques of sweep rowing and sculling. While the majority of time is spent on the water, there is also fitness training on land and education about boats and equipment. Come row with us and enjoy the comraderie, exercise, and teamwork of crew and experience nature on the Hudson River!
