Inspirational Movement Dance is located in the Glenmont Plaza, 398 Feura Bush Rd Glenmont. We are three doors down from Marshallls and next to Spirit Halloween. We attract students from Bethlehem, Delmar, Slingerlands, Voorheesville, Selkirk, Albany, Guilderland, and more. We offer classes for everyone from 2 year olds to adults. Our classes cover many genres such as ballet, tap, jazz, creative movement, and hip hop. Our teaching method is very nurturing, genuine, technically driven, and FUN! We incorporate creative movement into all of our classes so that our students have the experience of creating their own movement. We pride ourselves on providing small classes with individual attention and support. Our students bring so much joy into our classroom, we are so grateful! Our staff has years of experience, but more importantly, the enthusiasm and inspiration for dance.
Our mission is to provide our students with confidence and strength through the power of dance. We teach dance as an art form and encourage our students to use dance to express themselves. We are a non-competitive school. We want students of all ages participating in positive movement so we also offer adult classes in ballet, tap, Pilates, and Barre.
We believe you should dance for the happiness it brings your heart and soul. So come on in and let us feed your hearts and souls with dance. Dance for fun, for exercise, for grace, for confidence, dance to feel good!
