Our Learn to Skate USA program introduces skaters age 3 through adult the fundamental basic skills and moves of skating through small group lessons were skaters are grouped by appropriate age and skill level.
Our Learn to Skate group lessons begin Sunday, October 1st for children and adults. Our registration days for Learn to Skate are Sunday, September 10th & 17th from 2:30pm-4pm at the Albany Co. Hockey Facility, near the airport.
From your first to chair to your last run, make the most of every second at Okemo with a lesson. Our instructors will help you improve you technique, show you the best terrain and find you the best untracked runs throughout the day.
Group fitness classes for ages 16+ are offered Monday- Saturday including but not limited to yoga, cardio, high fitness, hip hop step, spin, zumba, etc.
We also host sports performance weekly times and dance change seasonally
The ice rink offers a wide range of recreational skating, ice hockey and figure skating programs for all ages, and is the home of Schenectady Youth Hockey Association, GMSVS Storm High School Hockey, Burnt Hills/Ballston Spa High School Hockey and numerous Adult Ice Hockey Leagues.
