Goal Setting: January 7th 1pm – 2pm
Learn how to set goals and actually follow through Self care: February 4th 1pm – 2pm
Learn how to set up a self care routine so you can feel happy, healthy, and whole. With a little
self love, you can be your best self. Mindful Study Tips: March 4th 1pm-2pm
Learn how to apply mindfulness to academics. Whether it's test taking, homework, college ,
public speaking, or writer's block, yoga practice can help smooth out the stress that comes
with the life of a student. Deep relaxation: April 1st 1pm-2pm
Explore yoga nidra-a deep relaxation and see how we
can alleviate stress and stabilize the nervous system.
