Want a morning yoga class, but don't know where to put your toddler? Why not bring them!
Grab some toys for your little and come get your Vinyasa on. Whether or not they sit still, at least you'll be learning how to find calm in the chaos... and you won't be the only one.
This class is a flowing yoga routine, which marries classical yoga postures (asanas) to the breath. Toddlers ages 2 - 4 are welcome to hang out and play, please bring age appropriate toys.
